We are here to make your watch buying experience straightforward, low risk and above all enjoyable. We will use our expertise and contacts to help you to find exactly what you want – so that you don’t have to. Once we’ve helped you decide what it is that you want, just sit back, enjoy our updates and look forward to the day it arrives.

Can I afford to have a personal watch concierge?

The cost of our time is included in the price of the watch that you buy and as you will see, for watches of this quality our prices are very reasonable – in fact with us on your side, you will probably find that you save money.

When will my watch be delivered?

That really depends on whether your watch comes from stock or sourcing, and how you choose to pay.  We usually ship on a 24 hour service so your watch will be with you the day after you complete cleared payment for it – we wouldn’t want to wait any longer than necessary if we were you!

What if I would like to meet you?

We love to meet our clients – Oakleigh Watches provide a bespoke and very personal service and that will improve as we get to know you better. Our office is in central Norwich and we would be delighted to make an appointment with you to meet there. The offices have CCTV and security to make you feel comfortable and safe.

How do you accept payment?

The best way to pay for your Oakleigh watch is by direct bank transfer because it’s very fast and usually free for both parties. We also accept cash, cheques, banker’s drafts and credit cards via PayPal. Each payment method takes a different amount of time to clear and we’ll be happy to discuss the details with you when we talk about your watch.

How is my watch delivered to me?

Your watch can be collected, delivered by hand, by Royal Mail Special Delivery or by TNT couriers – the choice is entirely yours.

What if I don't like the piece when it is delivered?

It’s important to us that every customer should be delighted with their watch and so we make every effort to ensure that this is the case – the time to be sure of this and to make the final decision is before the purchase is made. We will go to whatever lengths we can to ensure that you have seen every detail of the watch and had the opportunity to ask whatever questions you would like to before you make your purchase.  If, on receipt, the watch is materially not as described, then we will give a full refund.
