Breitling Navitimer 806

This stainless steel Breitling Navitimer 806 is in quite unbelievable condition for a watch of its age.  A particularly well kept example on an original Breitling leather strap with a Breitling buckle.  Everything apart from the strap and buckle are period correct and original to the watch.

The original black dial is close to perfect with no damage at all and the patina and slight shrinkage on the hour plots and Arabic numerals give everything a proper vintage feel.  The lume on the hands has shrunk slightly and has aged patina that matches the dial perfectly.

The stainless steel case is in incredible condition for a watch that's almost sixty years old and it hasn't been overpolished or had any damage removed - it's all sharp and even.

The amazing thing about this example is that it comes with the original box, papers and manual - very rare for a 1960's Breitling Navitimer.

The Venus 178 movement has just been serviced by certified watch specialists Michlmayr & Co and this Breitling Navitimer 806 is running within COSC spec.
