This Omega Electronic f300Hz Genève Chronometer is a nice example of an early 1970's Tuning Fork Geneve.
In the early 1970's Omega experimented with some Bulova derived Tuning Fork movements and created the Omega F300Hz watches. They were a great combination of 70's space aged hi-tech and straightforward, simple design.
The stainless steel case of this watch is in excellent condition and the original dial and handset are also superb. The stainless steel bracelet has a little wear but considering that it's 50 years old, it's amazing that it's as good as it is.
Just tested by Omega certified watch specialists Michlmayr & Co and this Omega Electronic f300Hz Genève Chronometer is running within COSC spec
