The Rolex Submariner Black 124060 takes one of the most recognisable sports watches ever made and subtly improves the proportions, movement and everyday wearability.
Introduced in 2020 as the successor to the 114060, the Rolex Submariner 124060 increased the case to 41mm, while refining the lugs and overall proportions. Despite the extra millimetre on paper, the slimmer profile of the lugs means many find the newer Submariner surprisingly balanced on the wrist.
This is the classic no-date Rolex Submariner Black configuration: black dial, black Cerachrom bezel and Oyster bracelet with Rolex’s excellent Glidelock extension system. The clean, symmetrical dial is one of the reasons the no-date Submariner remains such an enduring favourite.
Purchased from a UK authorised Rolex dealer on 31 December 2022, this example has been worn and enjoyed but remains in excellent condition, with only light marks. Our detailed photographs and video show the condition clearly.
It comes as a genuine Full Set, including everything originally supplied by the AD, with its boxes, papers and books. Importantly, the original five-year Rolex warranty remains valid until 31 December 2027.
Recently tested and running comfortably within COSC specification, it is ready for its next owner.
