The history of this Tudor Chronograph dates back to 1954 when the first in a long line of ergonomic, legible, accurate and robust Tudor divers’ watches was launched. The nearly forty years that followed the launch of the original 7922 saw the constant improvement of the TUDOR divers’ watch and this Tudor Oysterdate Big Block is one of the best.
From the silver 'Panda' dial and contrasting hands to the rotating bezel and early Tudor bracelet, this preowned Tudor Black Bay Chrono is a superb piece of design combining historical features with modern function. It undeniably has a more modern Tudor styling and is a little different from most of the Tudors that you see around these days so if you fancy something a bit different, rare and collectible then this is the one for you.
As far as condition is concerned, this has been really well looked after - there are a few small marks that you can see on the photos but no 'damage' and the case and bezel have only ever been lightly polished. There is very little wear in the bracelet. For a rare 30 year old watch, it's in amazing condition.
