This Zeitwinkel 273° is an unusual and very beautiful daily dress watch from an independent Swiss brand who have been making watches since 2006.
The 42.5mm case is made from a steel alloy particularly resistant to tarnishing and corrosion and is made from 26 parts assembled in more than 80 individual steps - the result is superbly different to the norm.
The white dial features Zeitwinkel's patented large date display at the unusual position of 11 O'Clock as well as a second hand in a sub dial and a power reserve indicator.
Presented on a Zeitwinkel rubber strap with deployment clasp, it is a Full Set with the boxes, papers and manual.
The movement is Zeitwinkel's own in house ZW0103 which is an automatic movement with a 72 hour power reserve. It looks beautiful and elegant through the sapphire case back.
In lovely, lightly worn condition, there may be some handling marks that you could see with a magnifier, but to the naked eye it looks about perfect.
Much rarer than the average watch of its type, this Zeitwinkel is one for the true connoisseur.
This is a popular model and so is still available from Zeitwinkel. if you were to buy one new and import it to the UK, the landed cost would be just under £22,000 and that makes this one look like a bargain.
Just tested, it is running within COSC spec.
